Third-party mechanical machining: base and head for hot moulding equipment

We have recently performed third-party mechanical machining of a large-size base and head for an important internationally recognized leader company.

Both components, the head and the base, made of spheroidal cast iron, are intended for a screw press for a hot moulding equipment.

Base and head technical data:

• 4000*3500*2500*2000 mm
• Base weight: 65 ton
• Head weight: 60 ton
