Gear Toothed Segments for Parabolic Antennas and Radiotelescopes

Individual gear segments with can be manufactured with identical pitch radius and high-quality ISO-DIN 7gears with highly specialized machining on a high-precision 5-axis CNC machine tool.

Properly aligned and fitted along the antenna’s elevation frame, these segments make up a pitch diameters greater than 30 m and suitable for elevation actuation of antennas and radiotelescopes larger than 60 m.
